Please read these terms of service ("Terms") carefully before using the Waldo Dynamics website (the "Service") operated by us.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, payment information, and shipping details.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Waldo Dynamics. Waldo Dynamics has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Waldo Dynamics shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss.

Wholesale with Waldo Dynamics and Guidelines

Registration is very simple; If you own an airsoft store (online or physical) please fill out the below form at this link. 
It will then take me within 6 hours to manually approve your account. After this, you can sign in using the "Account" button in the top right hand corner of the screen and then you will be able to see all the appropriate products I offer wholesale prices on (here is a list of all of them). You can also add none wholesale available items to your order, but they will be at full RRP instead.
If you have any special requests for your order (for instance specific import documents or even a specific courier you would like to use such as UPS, DHL, Royal Mail etc) then please contact me on; contact@waldodynamics.com

Wholesale Rules;

1.) The minimum order value is £150. There is no exception for this. 

2.) I ask that you follow a similar RRP to what is available on my store and with local competition. I offer affordable products with good margins, there's space for us all to be happy here. 

3.) You are welcome to use the photos of our products on your store if you are unable to take/produce your own product photos.

4.) I have a strict "No generative AI association" policy with my brand and products. My products and brand must not be presented in such a fashion so that consumers may be under the impression that the Waldo Dynamics brand makes use or supports the use of generative AI. We believe in art created by human beings, not the machine.

If these rules cannot be followed appropriately I will have to consider terminating the wholesale account.
