Shipping Policy

Processing time:
I do my best to ship all orders out Monday through to Friday, excluding holidays. Every once in a while I may miss a day, but this is usually due to allocating my time to replying to your emails.
Orders placed before 2:30pm UK time are packed and shipped the same day, and if you're in the UK there is a strong likelihood you will receive your order the very next working day.

If you are a B2B customer with specific shipping requirements and/or high order volume, it can take me several days to process these. B2B shipments are, unfortunately, quite time consuming. However despite this please feel free to ask me any questions if you're looking for shipping updates. 

Please remember that Waldo Dynamics is a one man show, and that it might take me a day to attend to queries or orders.

The exact shipping price is calculated and shown at checkout.
It is calculated based on weight and size of items in order. I charge the total cost of shipping, I don't make a single penny from it. It, sadly, cannot be cheaper. 

VAT and duty:
UK Customers: Prices are shown without VAT. No VAT is paid due to UK small company regulations.

USA customers: Checkout will display to you your tariffs and taxes which you then pay. We then communicate with the courier and they charge us this tariff upon importing of your parcel. The tariff fees will vary depending on where the product purchased was manufactured and Donald Trumps mood. 

EU Customers: Checkout will display your Duties and import fees which you then pay. We then communicate with the courier and they charge us for the import fees. This saves a lot of time and prevents customs lingering on your order, and it also absolves you of a handling fee. 

Australia/Canada/Rest of world: Prices on website are shown without VAT. You are responsible for any VAT/Duty/Handling fee's in your respective country, to be paid by you to your customs agency at time of import.
