Processing time:
We aim to send out orders every day between monday-friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are shipped the following morning after they are placed. 

-Note that since we're a small company, we occasionally get delays due to order volume or other events.

We follow Royal Mail shipping pricing + our own packaging overhead.

The exact shipping price is calculated and shown at checkout.
It is calculated based on weight and size of items in order.

 

VAT and duty:
UK Customers: Prices are shown without VAT. No VAT is paid due to UK small company regulations.

USA customers: Prices are shown without VAT/ Sales tax. You pay Sales tax and duty on import. NOTE: USA customers can import duty/VAT free for orders under 800USD from UK! (We do not take responsibility for the validity of this info; YMMV).

EU Customers: Prices on website are shown without VAT. You are responsible for any VAT/Duty/Handling fee's in your respective country, to be paid by you to your customs agency at time of import.

Australia/Canada/Rest of world: Prices on website are shown without VAT. You are responsible for any VAT/Duty/Handling fee's in your respective country, to be paid by you to your customs agency at time of import.
