VFC "Ion" Nozzle Springs

Prix: £7.99

Stronger, more durable, and now a constant supply.

VFC has been a brand I have really enjoyed lately. They make some really outstanding products, but occasionally the cracks and flaws can show.
It's not uncommon for the stock VFC nozzle spring to break after even mild use. The stock VFC nozzle spring is designed to be an expendable piece, but they have a habit of breaking a little sooner than I'd like and then being hard to find replacements for.

So myself and Cheffington yet again went to the drawing board. We experimented with several versions of test samples and then that landed us with what we have today.

Durable Steel

It was important to us to make these springs more durable than the stock alternative, while keeping them true to purpose. This meant a thoughtful design that addresses the stock springs' issues without, for example, radically increasing spring strength as a cheap fix.

A Crisp Return

We designed the spring to just be slightly stronger at 115%. This is just perfect when paired with the air-seal of our Crimson GBB Hop-Up Bucking, found here

An Easily Identifiable Finish

Our nozzle spring is now treated with a new finish that represents our brand. Not only will you easily be able to identify our springs from others, but we have moved to a new technology where the finish can't flake off; the color is bonded with the steel on an atomic level.

Always A Back-Up

Each packet of our "Ion" Nozzle Springs includes 2 springs, giving you a handy spare or simply allows you to upgrade 2 nozzles at once.

A Perfect Pairing

You will see the option of a bundle on this page with our VFC Quick Change Nozzle Spring Plug for a special discount. These two parts paired together will make changing your nozzle spring even easier. You won't have to stress about removing the extremely stubborn stock VFC Nozzle Spring Plug.

These nozzle springs are compatible with the following VFC, APFG, and Maruyama platforms;

- VFC G3
- VFC HK53/33
- VFC ARs/416s V3/EVO
- VFC AK74/S74U/105/PP19 (default)
- VFC UMP 45/9
- VFC SR25/417/M110
- VFC MDX/PDX
- VFC FNC
- VFC FAL/OSW

*There are two nozzle springs per package. Installing these pieces will require a basic understanding of how to access and disassemble your nozzle. If you have questions on how to do this, you are welcome to join the Waldo Dynamics Discord for further help.
