The top part of the magazine is one huge piece that includes the feedlips. Made out of a durable nylon, this makes them more durable when it comes to dropping them on a hard floor and much cheaper to replace. There are even videos from channels like Explosive Enterprises where they use these little suckers as a hammer for tech work (not advised, but possible). Pretty amazing for a magazine made out of aluminium and that only weighs 370 grams.
